bradley is coming home and i am so excited.

its been sad having him away. thanksgiving has never been a huge deal for me, but now i can't wait because 2 of my favorite people in the world will be here with me, and everything will be better.

Everyday I find myself saying i'm not

creative or artistic

elegant, or crafty, imaginative, or cultured.

But sometimes when I play my violin,

I get to pretend that I am.

I get to pretend that Im poised and confident,

that I'm refined and well spoken.

For a page, or two... or three or twelve, I know exactly what to expect,

and all my insecurities disappear.

And then its over. And I loosen my bow, and

go back to the

numbers.

I wish my life was like top gun. With ray bans, bomber jackets,

and rockin skinny jeans. If only there was always a sunset,

and I could fly planes like sparklers on the fourth of july.

I wish I had a wingman like goose, and an enemy like kazanski.

Although I was studying while watching this movie last night, and when

goose died I thought it was maverick... I loved this movie, and

it made me realize I was born an era too late.

saylor jane. i love say. say. because she lets me paint her nails, curl her hair, and gloss her lips. she drools m&m's three hours after you give them to her, and her voice is a constant whisper. she loves her older brother river, and will do anything he does when most the time what he does doesn't make sense.. and she understands that. to most, she seems fragile, but she can definitely hold her own. i love say. say. because she always makes me laugh.

Destiny

Not too long ago, I discovered the website, and book Who What Wear.

It is the absolute most amazing thing of my life. I know that sounds pathetic, but I honestly love it. I have always loved celebrities, and all of that, but the main reason I love it all is their world of fashion. I would watch movies and award shows and choose my favorite dresses/ outfits, then go hunt the designers down online. It got to the point where I could find trends in which celebrity was wearing which designer, and I could find alterations they would make to the runway looks. This site was made for me. They don't worry about who is dating who, or how many kids Jon and Kate are fighting over, instead they know EVERYTHING about ANYTHING ANYONE is wearing. Its beautiful. They talk about trends, and everyday they make a post... except on the weekend (which are very sad days for me) Every morning I wake up and cannot wait to check the site. Definitely check it out, and hopefully it will help you appreciate fashion a little bit more!
