today we had class again. it's actually really fun to be in a british politics class during the prime minister elections! today are the general elections, so we'll know the official results in the morning! i'm rooting for a hung parliament so Clegg has a shot.
After class i went to hyde park and enjoyed the warm weather. we have quite a lot of reading to do for our classes, so we worked on that while soaking in the sun by the pond. not too shabby of a way to do homework... it beats the byu library, thats for sure!
this evening we went to a midsummer night's dream at the globe theater. what an experience. we had "groundling" tickets which meant we stood throughout the play right in front of the stage. that made it really fun because you got really into it, but it also made your feet go a little numb after 3 hours!!! it was so much fun being at this play with everyone in the program because we were all dying laughing the entire time. the actors were absolutely phenomenal and it was really funny.
